We are seeking a high-output, process-rigorous, and AI-native Senior Talent Recruiter to scale our team across various critical functions, including Customer Success, engineering, GTM, and AI research. This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting, building a modern, AI-enabled recruiting engine, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of recruiting experience, strong outbound sourcing and closing skills, and a proven ability to leverage modern recruiting tools and automation to increase throughput and improve candidate experience.
