ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. What You'll work on:

Program CNC machines including 3 and 5 axis mills (currently Zimmerman and HAAS machines).

Program, set-up, and operate LFAM 3D Printers, as well as smaller resin and filament fed 3D printers.

Inspect parts and provide tolerance reports for printed and machined molds and tooling as well as finished composite parts.

Provide DFM feedback to engineers to improve our processes, and opportunities for cost down efforts.

Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process.

5+ years’ experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Mastercam, Hypermill, NX, Esprit, Tebis (we currently use Tebis).

Experience programming 5-axis gantry machines.

High level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machines.
