User Experience Designer
RapidoRapido Solutions Group is seeking a User Experience Designer in Guadalajara, Mexico, to support US-based clients. This role focuses on optimizing document processing within Transportation Management Systems (TMS) by leveraging Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
The designer will conduct comprehensive user research, analyze behaviors, and translate findings into actionable insights to design improved automated workflows. Candidates should have 3-7 years of UX Research experience, proficiency in design tools like Miro and Figma, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position requires working in alignment with US time zones and advanced English proficiency.
