Fluidstack is seeking a Cost Lead to own cost management across their data center portfolio, from budgeting and estimating through construction and final account. This role involves establishing new processes, building benchmarks, and ensuring projects remain on-budget by working closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in data center or mission-critical construction cost management, a deep understanding of the DC cost stack, and a builder mindset to create a cost management function from the ground up. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and equity, contributing to building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
