Thyme Care is seeking a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator to serve members diagnosed with cancer, providing high-touch support throughout their oncology journey. In this remote role, you will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate care, educate members and caregivers, and manage clinical escalations for higher-acuity members. The ideal candidate will have an active, unrestricted RN license, at least 5 years of nursing experience with 3 years in high-acuity adult oncology, and relevant certifications (OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM). This position is crucial for ensuring members receive compassionate, connected, and confident care.
