Ethos is seeking a strategic and high-impact Senior Manager, Procurement & Vendor Management to build and lead their end-to-end sourcing and vendor management function. This role involves being the primary architect for selecting, negotiating with, and managing partners, from data sets for underwriting to SaaS tools. The Senior Manager will partner with leadership across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to ensure maximum value from spending and scalable partnerships. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within a high-growth Fintech, Insurtech, or SaaS environment, with expertise in Technology/SaaS and Third-Party Data.
