Parloa is seeking a Principal Applied Scientist to define and drive their applied AI strategy across AI agents and Generative AI. This highly hands-on and impactful role involves exploring, validating, and scaling approaches that directly shape the product, from model evaluation to agent behavior and context engineering. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, identifying opportunities, setting direction, and building the foundations of applied science at Parloa, with a proven track record of delivering ML/AI systems in production and strong experience with LLMs and agent-based systems.
