Swap is seeking a Billing Associate (12-month FTC) to manage day-to-day billing operations, with a focus on Shipping billing and customer onboarding. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, data confidence, and an interest in leveraging systems, automation, and AI to enhance Finance operations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver comfortable in a scale-up environment, capable of operating both strategically and transactionally.
