PolyAI is seeking an exceptional Agent Designer to create lifelike voice assistants that handle millions of customer conversations for global brands. This role involves end-to-end ownership of conversational experiences, from design to implementation using Agent Studio and Python, with a strong focus on user experience and Generative AI. Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS degree in a related field, foundational Python knowledge, and experience with LLMs, with new graduates welcome to apply. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI agents, obsessing over metrics, and ensuring effective and safe Generative AI implementations.
