Honeycomb is seeking a Senior Agent Channel Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end growth of its independent agent channel. This role involves owning broker activation rates, GWP per agency, and submission volume by designing and implementing strategic marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep familiarity with the commercial insurance distribution landscape, understanding independent agents' motivations and needs. You will be responsible for the full broker lifecycle, agent enablement, and serving as the internal advocate for the agent channel, with a hybrid work model in Chicago or Denver.
