LILA Sciences is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Engineer I to join their high-throughput Research Operations team in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on hands-on materials synthesis of various powders and porous media, including zeolites and MOFs, and characterization using spectroscopy and microscopy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field and at least 1 year of industrial wet lab experience.
