Quantum-Art is seeking a highly skilled Physicist specializing in Quantum Error Correction (QEC) to join their Theory and Algorithms Group. This role involves developing and applying QEC codes and fault-tolerant schemes for trapped-ion quantum hardware, as well as designing next-generation fault-tolerant architectures. The successful candidate will also develop tools for QPU performance evaluation and collaborate closely with the QPU group. A Ph.D. in theoretical Physics or Computer Science and proficiency in Python or Julia are required, with a background in error correction codes being a significant advantage.
