Atoms is seeking a Head of Quality to build and lead the quality function for their autonomous vehicle fleet, scaling from prototype to serial production. This role involves owning release gates, defining quality metrics, and holding final QA authority across PCBA production, compute box assembly, and vehicle upfitting. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of quality leadership experience in complex hardware industries and a proven track record of scaling quality systems from low-volume to serial production. You will be responsible for establishing root-cause discipline, setting workmanship standards, and building the quality documentation backbone, ultimately hiring and leading the quality team.
