Socure is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, to be a hands-on technical leader deeply involved in design and development, rather than a traditional people or delivery management role. This individual will define technical direction, raise engineering standards, and deliver product outcomes while writing code, architecting solutions, and coaching engineers. The role is ideal for leaders passionate about distributed systems in high-growth, product-driven environments, who want to influence secure, scalable infrastructure and cultivate engineering talent. Candidates should have extensive experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and proficiency in Golang/Java and AWS cloud-native architectures.
