We’ve recently raised a $4MM Seed round from Forerunner & Precursor Ventures. Our two ex-HBS co-founders have together taken a company public.

About the Work
We're looking for a Fractional Senior Engineer to help us iterate quickly on our product as we search for PMF.

Specifically, you'll:

• Work across the frontend and backend
• Own new features from idea to production, its a very greenfield environment and highly autonomous
• Help us refactor some code to our new stack
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer on the team, including pairing

Our current stack is:

• NOTE: the tech stack will change, we might go with a Python or RoR backend. Still being decided.
• React & Vite frontend (Typescript)
• Supabase backend
• AI app (needs to be rewritten in Python with better tooling)

About You
You MUST have:

• Played Senior, Staff, Architect, or equivalent engineering roles at other tech startups
• Very early-stage experience (sub-5 engineers ideally)
• You understand the balance between moving quickly and practically vs. introducing too much technical debt
• Typescript expertise
• Node/Bun/Deno, Python, and/or Ruby on Rails expertise
• Are optimistic about AI and have deep curiosity, must have built some kind of AI project/feature before, even if a side project!
• Full overlapping hours with USA Eastern Time
• Not currently working a full-time job. It will likely be too hard for you to work with us synchronously during normal hours and this is important
