This role ensures that all vehicle subsystems function cohesively to meet product requirements, safety standards, and operational goals. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including hardware, software, robotics, and manufacturing—to define system architecture and requirements, manage interfaces between subsystems, and support the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment and field support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop system architectures, interface definitions, and integration plans for vehicle subsystems.

Lead integration of key cross-discipline systems within the autonomous and electric vehicle platform.

Perform system-level analysis, including performance, safety, reliability, and fault tolerance.

Work with the larger engineering team to define and manage system-level requirements for vehicle platforms

Work with team to specify and source critical components

Support design reviews and ensure alignment between subsystem teams during development.

Plan and execute vehicle-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Identify integration risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout development.

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure system compatibility.

Support root cause analysis and resolution of system-level issues during testing and deployment.

Contribute to documentation including requirements, test plans, and technical reports.
