Fluidstack is seeking a Compute Engineer, R&D to qualify next-generation compute hardware like GPUs, servers, and racks for their AI infrastructure. This role involves building and running benchmark suites to characterize performance, power, and thermals, as well as intentionally breaking systems to find weaknesses early. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience qualifying or debugging server/GPU systems, rigorous benchmarking skills, and the ability to root-cause hardware failures.
