Callosum is seeking a Member of Technical Staff for Networking & Interconnect Systems to develop communication systems for heterogeneous AI infrastructure. This role involves owning the technical strategy for efficient data movement between diverse accelerators, working across protocols, memory, and networking hardware. You will characterize and simplify communication paths, develop faster data movement solutions like RDMA and programmable NICs, and build mechanisms for transferring model state. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of networking and high-performance data movement, with strong systems performance instincts and a drive to question existing abstractions.
