Genius AI is seeking an IT Engineer to own and build the core IT infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, and AI-powered workflows, to ensure the company operates at speed. This is a build-focused role, not maintenance, where you will define how IT and AI tooling scale within a HIPAA and SOC2 compliant environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, identity, or endpoint systems, with a proven ability to automate workflows and drive efficiency. This in-person role in NYC requires a proactive individual eager to influence security, engineering, and people operations.
