Fluidstack is seeking a Structured Finance, Lead to drive financing execution for their civilization-scale AI infrastructure. This role involves leading high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and project finance facilities, as well as structuring credit support arrangements and driving complex financial modeling. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in leveraged finance or structured credit, with a proven ability to lead deal execution from term sheet to close. You will play a critical role in building organizational expertise and partnering cross-functionally to ensure financing structures are grounded in operational reality.
