As a Provider Recruiting Associate at Nourish, you will be the primary point of contact for Registered Dietitians (RDs) looking to join the company, owning their hiring experience from end to end. This role involves vetting candidates, managing offers, developing communication plans, and answering complex questions to help RDs decide if Nourish is the right fit. You will also drive applicant engagement, lead outbound recruiting efforts, and track key metrics to refine and evolve the hiring strategy. The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of recruiting or sales development experience, is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about nutrition and wellness.
