Hark is seeking a Backend Engineer to build the reliable, fast, and production-grade backend systems for their AI agent. This high-ownership role involves designing high-concurrency services, managing state for long-running agent workflows, and connecting model outputs to real-world actions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mission-critical backend systems, a strong understanding of distributed systems, and experience integrating LLMs into backend pipelines. You will be building the "nervous system" of an agentic product, working closely with model researchers and platform engineers.
