Nex is seeking a Japan Senior Growth Manager to spearhead the marketing strategy for Nex Play Pass, their subscription service, and games portfolio in Japan. This senior leadership role involves building the Play Pass subscriber base from the ground up, establishing the marketing foundation for games, and creating the growth playbook for Nex Playground as a content platform in Japan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Japanese consumer market, subscription and performance marketing, and a proven track record of building and leading marketing functions, with native or near-native Japanese proficiency.
