TAR is seeking a hands-on Hardware Test Engineer for their robotics program to establish and own the entire test function from the ground up. This role involves designing and building test rigs, instrumentation, and plans, as well as conducting functional, durability, and environmental testing for robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in hardware test or reliability engineering, strong mechanical fundamentals, and proficiency in test automation and data analysis.
