This role involves owning the entire merchant journey, from sign-up and activation to cross-product adoption and retention. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, or merchant-facing products, with a strong background in building platform products and a systems mindset. You will be instrumental in creating a consistent, scalable merchant experience across BNPL, ads, fintech, and other business services.
