Starcloud is seeking a Lead Thermal Engineer to own the thermal architecture, design, analysis, testing, and flight execution of thermal control systems for space-based data centers. This hands-on leadership role involves significant individual technical contribution alongside building and managing a thermal engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in thermal engineering, strong command of analysis tools, and experience with active thermal control in demanding environments. You will be instrumental in pushing novel concepts and delivering flight hardware from concept through launch, contributing to the future of energy in space.
