As a Technical Account Manager at Hightouch, you will serve as the crucial link between Hightouch and its largest Fortune 5000 customers, guiding them through the entire customer journey from onboarding to adoption. This role requires a product expert with a natural curiosity to understand customer requirements at a molecular level and navigate to elegant technical solutions.
