K2 is seeking a Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA, to build the largest and highest-power satellites ever flown. This role involves partnering with design engineers to ensure manufacturability, build prototypes, and finalize production processes for large satellite structures and integrated electronics systems. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end manufacturing strategy, lead DFM efforts, and architect scalable production flows for complex spacecraft assemblies. They will also develop advanced manufacturing technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, rapid production environment are required.
