Halcyon is seeking a senior, strategic Head of Customer Success to lead its global Customer Success function. This role is responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction across the entire customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will build and scale a high-performing team, establish frameworks for consistent customer outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to ensure customers realize measurable security outcomes and sustained value from their investment in Halcyon's ransomware protection platform.
