As the Compliance Manager – CPPM at Crypto.com, you will lead the Financial Crimes Operations Governance & Quality Check function, acting as the ultimate authority on compliance procedure governance and operational SLA tracking. This role involves translating regulatory requirements into operational procedures, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing Quality Check (QC), and representing the firm's compliance program to auditors and regulators. You will also manage and mentor the CPPM team, defining its strategic direction to ensure alignment with global regulatory standards. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in compliance and people management, possessing strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of fintech and payment services legislation.
