Harness is seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead the team building the Harness Cloud platform, the infrastructure foundation powering Continuous Integration (CI) and several other Harness products. This role involves leading a highly technical team responsible for architecting, scaling, securing, and operating a cloud platform that orchestrates build infrastructure across thousands of virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and bare-metal systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering distributed infrastructure or cloud platform services, a strong understanding of distributed systems, and a passion for building infrastructure that improves developer productivity. You will drive technical roadmaps, foster engineering excellence, and recruit and mentor engineers to build an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
