Antares is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I-II with a focus on machining to join their R&D team, contributing to the development of mass-producible nuclear microreactors. This role involves owning and developing manufacturing processes for critical sub-systems, maturing them from prototype to production, and ensuring manufacturability through design reviews and DFM improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with special processes, hazardous materials, and a proven track record in improving both design and manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in growing Antares' production capabilities from prototype to serialized production of nuclear reactor sub-systems.
