As a Platform Engineer, Model Shaping at Together AI, you will be instrumental in building the foundational layers for model customization and evaluation. This role involves working at the intersection of backend engineering and infrastructure, designing and operating systems that scale production workflows and internal research experiments. You will contribute to reliability improvements, internal tooling, and a job orchestration platform, collaborating cross-functionally with other engineers and researchers. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or backend components, strong Python or Go skills, and expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
