Pace is seeking its first Product Designer to shape the user experience of its AI operations platform for insurers. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, and partnering closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments, thinks in systems, and has a strong bias for action, with excitement for building AI-native products. You will be instrumental in defining the product's direction and building a cohesive design system.
