Atoms is seeking a Vice President, Global Controller to lead worldwide accounting for a dynamic, multi-entity, multi-geography business. This role reports to the CFO and involves transforming the accounting function, strengthening controls, and preparing for eventual IPO/SOX readiness. The ideal candidate is a builder with 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, a CPA from a Big Four firm, and a proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses. This leader will own monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, drive accounting transformation, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
