Callosum is seeking a Member of Technical Staff for Agent Runtime & Systems to own the runtime and programming model for long-running agent systems. This high-leverage role involves designing and building stateful, asynchronous agent runtimes for distributed environments, focusing on durable execution, observability, and secure tool execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong distributed systems background, deep Python expertise, and experience designing frameworks or runtimes. You will be instrumental in developing core software that makes agent workflows reliable, debuggable, and efficient across the entire stack.
