Anthropic is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their AI Reliability Engineering (AIRE) team in Dublin, IE. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and resilience of Claude, Anthropic's AI system, by partnering with various teams to improve critical serving paths. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems, infrastructure, or reliability engineering, and will be responsible for developing SLOs, designing monitoring systems, and leading incident response for critical AI services.
