Hermeus is seeking a highly hands-on Structures Manufacturing Engineer – Tooling & R&D to enable the rapid development and integration of flight-critical structural assemblies for high-speed aircraft. This role involves designing and building innovative tooling, fixtures, and ground support equipment, while working closely with design, test, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in early-stage design-build-test cycles, solving problems in real-time on the shop floor, and iterating quickly to advance flight hardware. This position requires strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with physical hardware, and proficiency in CAD.
