Verda is seeking a Head of IT to own and deliver its internal IT strategy, operations, and technology roadmap in a rapidly scaling environment. This senior role requires end-to-end ownership of the IT function, including identity and access management, SaaS, devices, corporate infrastructure, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic builder with deep technical understanding, strong leadership skills, and the ability to design and implement secure IT environments rather than just operate existing ones. This hybrid role is based in Helsinki or London and involves close collaboration with Security and Compliance teams.
