This role focuses on providing new customers with seamless onboarding experiences through the Fieldguide Accelerator program, maximizing their return on investment quickly. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial statement audits or 4+ years in technology consulting/implementation, demonstrating strong project management and customer advocacy skills. You will be responsible for building trust, guiding customer growth, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to shape the product roadmap.
