Alpaca is seeking a remote DevSecOps Engineer to lead security, reliability, and DevOps across their cloud platform and CI/CD pipelines. This hands-on role involves embedding "security as code," automating remediation, hardening deployments, and driving measurable reductions in security incidents. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cloud-native DevSecOps, strong skills in Kubernetes and Terraform, and proficiency in secure CI/CD practices. This position reports to the CISO and works closely with engineering leadership to foster a strong security culture and enable safe, fast delivery at scale.
