PhysicsX is seeking a Head of People Partnership to be a primary architect in developing, supporting, and retaining their talent, acting as a trusted voice to the executive team. This strategic role operates at the intersection of people and business strategy, requiring full autonomy to shape the organization's approach to its people. The successful candidate will own organizational strategy, change management, performance, compensation, employee relations, DEI, and data-driven people advisory. They will report directly to the Chief People Officer and partner with the CEO, COO, and functional leadership.
