Gong is seeking a Director, Product/R&D Strategic Finance (FP&A) to lead the strategic finance function for all R&D and Product strategy. This role involves partnering closely with R&D and Product leadership, including the CPO and Chief R&D, to drive cross-functional strategic planning and deliver business insights. The successful candidate will manage forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling, while also optimizing cloud infrastructure spend and implementing scalable financial processes. We are looking for someone with 10+ years of FP&A experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with SaaS and consumption-based business models in a high-tech or enterprise software environment.
