Alpaca Securities is seeking an AML Compliance Manager to join their remote team, focusing on safeguarding financial market integrity across securities and crypto. This role involves supporting BSA/AML, Anti-Fraud, and Fraud Monitoring programs, leading investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also strengthen internal controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, risk-based AML compliance infrastructure. Candidates should have 5-8+ years of AML, fraud, or financial crime investigations experience at a FINRA broker-dealer and/or crypto MSB, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
