KnitWho we’re looking for…
Title: Head of Operations
Department: General & Admin
Team: Operations → specifically overseeing Talent Acquisition, People & HR, and GRC
Reports To: CEO
Supervisory Responsibility: 3 FTE Direct Reports: Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior People Operations Manager, GRC Director. Additionally, 2 Consultants: Part-Time Operations Consultant and Fractional Data Protection Officer
Location/Travel: New York, New York → In-office expectation 3 days per week

Knit is the AI-Native Research agency helping enterprise brands get from scoping to story in a week or less. In under two years, we’ve partnered with 60+ leading F500 enterprise brands, including Amazon, Mars, NASCAR, JBL, ESPN, and Paramount. Knit has raised $30M to date, including a $16.1M Series A in July 2025. Knit currently has 60 employees and is NYC based and US remotely-friendly.
Who we’re looking for…
We’re looking for an Ops Leader to serve as the strategic backbone of Knit - someone who will instill the operational excellence required to scale our people, systems, and governance with efficiency. We’re looking for an intense, high-velocity operator who moves seamlessly between strategy and execution, translating big-picture priorities into durable processes.
What You Will Own…
You will accelerate Knit’s growth by driving our day-to-day core business functions, specifically leading People, HR, and GRC. This role exists to ensure the organization is structured, well-supported, compliant, and aligned, so our people can build and sell at the highest level.
