As the Senior Manager of Business Development at WithCoverage, you will be a senior leader responsible for owning the strategy, performance, and evolution of the company's outbound motion. This role involves building and scaling a world-class BDR organization to consistently generate high-quality pipeline for the sales team, with an ambitious goal to grow the team significantly within the next year. You will focus on scaling systems, developing leaders, refining GTM strategy, and aligning outbound efforts with company-wide growth goals, moving beyond day-to-day management to design a repeatable, data-driven outbound engine.
