Waabi is seeking a Research Scientist, Learnable Planner, to join their Motion Planning team and invent new AI technologies for scalable planning solutions in self-driving trucks. This role involves designing and executing research agendas for deep-learning based motion planning, leveraging state-of-the-art robotics and machine learning techniques, and deploying solutions to production systems. The ideal candidate will have an MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field, experience in planning/decision-making approaches, and a passion for self-driving technologies. You will contribute to Waabi's vision of a single, end-to-end AI system and their high-fidelity simulator, Waabi World.
