Cognition is seeking a Support Specialist, Subscriptions & Billing to own customer-facing resolution for all billing, invoicing, payment, subscription, and account access issues for Cognition and Windsurf customers. This role requires excellent written communication, strong operational judgment, and meticulous attention to detail to manage sensitive customer issues with urgency and accuracy. You will be the first line of response, partnering closely with Finance and Engineering to ensure efficient resolution and directly impacting revenue retention and customer trust. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing operational roles and familiarity with subscription billing and customer support platforms.
