This role involves running QBRs, leading account plans, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion through deeper deployment of InstaLILY's AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting or equivalent SaaS seniority, a proven track record of expanding client engagements, and a strong analytical approach to customer problems. You will help customers strategically transform their operating models with AI, bringing customer insights to product decisions and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure success.
