Honeycomb is seeking a VP of Legal to own and lead its legal strategy and function end-to-end, serving as the principal legal advisor to the CEO, COO, and Senior Leadership Team. This role involves strategic legal leadership across enterprise strategy, regulatory matters, corporate governance, and strategic transactions, with a strong focus on insurance and regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of legal experience, including in-house leadership at a regulated company, preferably within insurance or insurtech, and a deep understanding of U.S. insurance regulation. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, requiring a commercial mindset and the ability to build and scale a legal operating system in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
